sundridge mansion

sundridge park mansion, shaw & jagger, bromley, london.

This was my most recent experience of working with a developer, as a client. Sundridge Park Mansion is a project I worked on whilst at Shaw & Jagger Architects LTD, in Harrogate.

Sundridge Park Mansion is a grade I listed building which was previously a hotel. It was designed by Repton & Nash and completed by Samuel Wyatt.

S&J were commissioned to provide the Architectural services for the conversion of the building into luxury residential accommodation, whilst extending the existing building and conserving the Grade I listed design & spaces. The work I was involved in included creating the 3D model of the building, and modelling potential external stairs within a proposed courtyard. I also worked on the extensive construction package which involved detailed notes for each of the newly created apartments, various wall constructions, depending on substrate, and various details for the proposed basement extensions.

I attended all the site visits and appraisals, surveyed the building, and checked details and their suitability to the numerous, and many varied locations within the building.
